Character Art Reveal!

I have been chomping at the bit to share this with you!! My artist (@abyssalcaseart on Instagram) sent me the final versions of the art I commissioned of Kestrel and Elora the day after I sent my last newsletter, so I've just been SITTING on it. LOL

But today you finally get to see it too!!

I truly can't stop staring at them—sort of the way Elora and Kestrel can't stop staring at each other in this art piece 😏 Gah! I just love them! These two are the epitome of opposites attract: black cat x golden retriever, optimistic x pessimistic, guarded x open-book, undead x human 👀 

In other A Crown of Deceit & Ruin news—I can't believe I'm finally writing these words into an email but:

I finished drafting and self-editing! 🎉  I sent the book off to my betas, and now I guess I just....start plotting and drafting the sequel? (Literally though, I took 6hr off and then immediately started plotting because I am PUMPED for where this story is going!)

A Crown of Deceit & Ruin is technically a debut for me, since it's the first full novel with a sapphic couple I've written! If you love the idea of Rapunzel saving herself and adventuring into the great unknown to meet a Persephone-esque princess of death who's trapped and destined to wed a prince, but instead they fall in love and take down the kingdom?? Then you're gonna love this book!

I am working on putting together some swag for those who preorder; I'm not quite finished finalizing everything so I can't share yet, but stay tuned for more details on that!
